At Ghogxirequidralo, we want every participant to have a positive and fulfilling experience with our floristry workshops. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established this Return Policy to provide clear guidance on cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and related matters. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Workshop Cancellations by Participants
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your workshop booking, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund of the workshop fee
- Cancellations made between three and seven days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund of the workshop fee
- Cancellations made less than three days before the scheduled workshop date are not eligible for a refund, as materials will have already been prepared and allocated for your participation
- Failure to attend a workshop without prior notification (no-show) will not result in a refund
We encourage you to notify us as early as possible if you know you will be unable to attend, so that we may offer your place to another participant on our waiting list.
2. Rescheduling Your Workshop
We offer the flexibility to reschedule your workshop booking under the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests made more than three days before the original workshop date can be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability in alternative sessions
- Rescheduling requests made less than three days before the original workshop date may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $15 NZD to cover material preparation costs already incurred
- Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second rescheduling, standard cancellation terms will apply if you are unable to attend
- Rescheduled workshops must take place within 90 days of the original booking date
3. Workshop Cancellations by Ghogxirequidralo
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen events such as instructor unavailability, extreme weather conditions, venue issues, or insufficient minimum enrolment numbers. In such cases:
- We will notify all registered participants as early as possible via the contact details provided during booking
- You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to an alternative workshop date at no additional cost
- If we reschedule a workshop and the new date does not suit you, you will receive a full refund
- We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred in preparation for attending the workshop, such as travel or accommodation expenses
4. Materials and Supplies
All workshop fees include the cost of fresh flowers, materials, tools, and supplies needed for the session. Participants take home their completed floral arrangement at the end of each workshop. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the personalised preparation of materials for each participant, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for materials once a workshop has commenced.
If you have specific flower preferences, allergies, or special requirements, please inform us at least five days before your workshop so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. While we make every effort to fulfil special requests, availability of specific flower varieties is subject to seasonal availability from our local New Zealand growers.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased for our workshops are subject to the following conditions:
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable after purchase but are transferable to another person
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed by booking and attending a workshop within the validity period
- If the chosen workshop costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking
- If the chosen workshop costs less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be retained on the voucher for future use within the validity period
- Expired gift vouchers cannot be refunded, extended, or replaced
6. Private and Group Workshops
Private workshops and group bookings are subject to separate cancellation and refund terms, which will be outlined in the booking confirmation provided at the time of reservation. Generally, group bookings and private events require longer cancellation notice periods due to the additional planning and preparation involved. Please contact us directly to discuss specific terms for your private or group workshop.
7. Force Majeure
Ghogxirequidralo shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, power outages, severe weather events, or supply chain disruptions affecting the availability of fresh flowers and materials.
In force majeure situations, we will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative dates, provide credit towards future workshops, or arrange partial refunds as appropriate given the specific circumstances. We will communicate with affected participants promptly and transparently.
8. Dissatisfaction and Complaints
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your workshop experience, we encourage you to share your feedback with us. While we cannot offer refunds based solely on subjective dissatisfaction with the creative outcome of your arrangement, we take all complaints seriously and will review each situation individually. If we determine that the workshop did not meet our stated quality standards, we may offer a partial or full credit towards a future workshop at our discretion.
Please submit any complaints within seven days of attending the workshop, providing specific details about your concerns so we can investigate and respond appropriately.
9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

When contacting us, please provide your full name, booking reference or date, and the reason for your cancellation or refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Bookings made before a policy change will be honoured under the terms of the policy in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
